Mr. Liu holds degrees in economics, systems engineering, and law, including an LL.M. from Duke University and a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University. As a licensed RCIC-IRB, he is authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB).
